About BBLS

B2bag Bitumen Logisitics Solutions GmbH (BBLS) is a Vienna based corporation founded in 2009. BBLS bought the assets of Bitumen Complete Solutions AG and now holds intellectual property, patents and trademarks, as well as all the know-how related to the BituBag^® system.

BBLS is a member of the Polemis Group in Greece. The Polemis Family is a 200 year old shipping and trading group and has an excellent history in the shipping business, maintaining a premium record of safety, operating excellence and performance.

The strategy of BBLS is to provide a new bitumen packing and logistics technology. This integrated system includes a cooling and packing plant (CPU), the BituBag^® flexible container for the bitumen producers (i.e. refineries or logistic companies) and the melting unit for the end client.

The vision of the BituBag^® is to build a world-wide network of bitumen supply in order to improve distribution of bitumen, thereby warranting that all regions of the world can benefit from a more economical and efficient access to bitumen for road construction.
